Pasteurized Nonfat Milk
To make our yogurt, we are selective and specific, only including what’s essential to the pure essence of yogurt. With our Greek yogurt, that means sourcing Grade A milk from a cooperative of dairy farmers who do not treat their cows with rBST/rBGH. Our milk provides our Greek yogurt with its lighter texture and creamy taste.
No significant difference has been shown between milk from rBST/rBGH treated and non rBST/rBGH treated cows.
For our Greek yogurt, we carefully selected slow-fermenting yogurt cultures, such as S. thermophiles and L. bulgaricus. These yogurt cultures take several hours longer to convert milk into yogurt compared to typical yogurts, but we know that the resulting texture of our Greek yogurt is worth waiting for.
